Why we started
Born at the turn.
Standing at the turn, it hit us: the 'adult' option was always alcohol, the 'healthy' option was always boring, and nobody had built anything for the person who wanted neither. That's the false choice — drink and give up a little of tomorrow, or don't and feel like you're sitting out the round everyone else is playing. We didn't want either. So we made a seltzer with an actual point of view, for the life we love to live. And we know we're not the only ones.

What it is
Not booze. Not sugar water.
The halfway house only ever had two choices. So we built a third — not a mocktail, not a near-beer, not an apology. A functional seltzer with a spine: bright lime, real ginger, a dash of bitters, made with organic juices, adaptogens, electrolytes, and clean caffeine from guayusa. 0% alcohol, 15 calories, 0g added sugar. Big flavor, clean ingredients — nothing to apologize for.
